After having completed basic training at the in-house apprentice training centre, future mechanics undergo vocational training in the company’s core technology area, which is injection moulding.

They learn how the various machining operations are employed to produce customised high-precision plastic parts or plastic parts used in the manufacture of the products making up the Storage & Organisation, SLO and Packaging lines of Allit AG. The training also covers the assembly of components to form finished articles.

After successful completion of the apprenticeship programme, "Verfahrensmechaniker / innen" are well qualified to assume responsible positions in the manufacturing arena, such as production planning, control and monitoring.
